Solutions Warehouse aims to offer you the best shipping options. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipping Fee & Time

Currently, we only ship orders to the AU.

According to the customer's delivery address, we may require a combination charge for different freight.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Usually, 2-14 business days later, you will receive your products. Suppose shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. In that case, the Solutions Warehouse will notify our customer before the delay.

We use AusPost, Fastway, TNT and other delivery services at our discretion. Suppose no one is present at the delivery address. In that case, the courier may, at their discretion, elect to leave the parcel safely at the premises. Alternatively, they may leave a calling card advising the nearest post office or depot where the item can be collected. Tracking details of your parcel will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor their parcel delivery actively using the provided tracking details.

Parcels damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery via email and accompanied by photographic evidence.

Missing or lost parcels must be reported within 30 business days from dispatch. Couriers will only accept transit damage and lost parcel claims within these time frames.

The displayed delivery time frames are estimates only. The delivery time depends on the shipping location, the shipper's processing capacity and other unforeseeable factors, i.e., natural disasters, accidents, etc. We cannot be held responsible for any courier-related delivery delays.

How will my delivery be shipped?

Logistic Specialists and Australia Post function as our logistics partners to ship out products, which will be shipped from CAVAN, SA.

Friendly reminder: Logistic Specialists will ship large units, and Australia Post will ship all other products.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We deliver simultaneously, but a bundle will be shipped separately due to the weight limit. Once an item has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email. For example, if you order an AC200P bundle, it will be divided into three packages for delivery.

Usually, one package arrives, and another is still in transit.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

What do I need to do when I receive a different product than what I ordered?
