Refund policy

Solutions Warehouse Return & Refund Policy

Cancel your order.

Customers can send an email and request a refund within 48 hours of placing the order if the order has yet to be dispatched when the request is received.

If orders have been dispatched, customers can wait and receive the products and then lodge a refund application per the below return policy.

Please note that a transaction fee may be charged based on the payment channels after the product has been shipped.

Non-Receipt of Products / Damaged Products Received

Defects or Damages

If you receive products in a defective/damaged state or an incorrect/incomplete product, please email us at admin@metlan.com.au immediately with pictures and videos so we can identify the issue and promptly process your requests.

Delivery Refusal

Delivery refusal is not accepted and will be treated as a "change of mind". If you refuse a delivery, you will automatically incur a refusal fee and potentially incur additional costs. Should such extra costs be incurred, we must deduct the refusal fee and the other costs from your Refund.

 Refund

  • For quality issues, a partial refund may be provided according to the device's usage time after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to Solutions Warehouse with a refund notification to the customer's email address.

   Note: Please get in touch with us if the Refund is not received within 14 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Return & Refund will be not processed if

  1. Products returned only include some original packaging and accessories.
  2. Any fault or damage to the product is caused by misuse as solely determined by our assessment or testing of the products or improper packaging on the way back to our warehouse.
  3. Returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.
  4. Returns without the required transportation insurance as per this policy.
